Our Expertise
Perfection Fused With Function
Sealcoating
This is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt surfaces to shield them from the damaging effects of water, UV rays, and chemicals. It helps to extend the life of the asphalt by sealing small cracks and preventing oxidation, while also enhancing the appearance of the surface.
Chip & Seal
Chip and seal, also known as tar and chip or surface dressing, involves applying a layer of hot liquid asphalt to a prepared surface, followed by spreading a layer of small aggregate (chips) over the asphalt. The surface is then compacted to embed the chips into the asphalt, creating a textured and durable finish that is cost-effective and provides excellent traction.
Asphalt Crackfill
This is the process of filling cracks in asphalt surfaces with a specialized hot or cold-applied sealant to prevent water infiltration, further deterioration, and the formation of potholes. It helps maintain the integrity of the pavement and prolong its lifespan by addressing surface defects.
Asphalt Line Striping
Asphalt line striping involves marking asphalt surfaces with lines and symbols to define traffic lanes, parking spaces, and pedestrian pathways. Using specialized equipment and materials, it ensures clear markings for safety and efficient traffic flow in various paved areas.
Infrared Asphalt Patching
This is a repair technique that utilizes infrared technology to heat the existing asphalt surface, allowing for the removal of damaged or deteriorated asphalt. Fresh asphalt is then added and blended seamlessly with the surrounding pavement, creating a long-lasting and visually appealing repair.
Hauling
Hauling services involve the transportation of materials, equipment, or debris to and from construction sites or other locations. This may include hauling of aggregates, asphalt, construction waste, or equipment needed for paving and maintenance projects.
Dirt Work
A process that encompasses various earthmoving and grading activities involved in site preparation, excavation, and land shaping. It includes tasks such as leveling, grading, trenching, and compacting to prepare the ground for construction, paving, or landscaping projects.
